THE EPONYMOUS Six by Nico has opened its third location in Glasgow with Six by Nico Byres Road the eleventh restaurant in chef Nico Simeone’s growing portfolio, which includes establishments in Scotland, England, and Ireland.

Nestling in vibrant Byres Road in the city’s west end, the 52-capacity restaurant follows in the footsteps of his Six by Nico restaurants in Glasgow, Edinburgh, London Canary Wharf and Dublin, and features a carefully curated and constantly evolving tasting menu.

Nico and his team will reinvent the dining experience every six weeks, serving a brand new six-course tasting menu, each one themed on a different place, memory, or idea.

Also on Byres Road is Valaria, a 40-seat pâtisserie and bakery serving up handcrafted cakes and pastries, freshly baked breads, signature eclairs, the finest chocolate confectionery, and a daily assortment of French macaron flavours.

Valaria also sells its own house coffee blend, sourced responsibly from Brazil and Columbia and flavoured with dark chocolate, hazelnut, and candied mandarin.
