Brewing firm 71 Brewing has tapped its way into spring with the launch of its latest beer, a double IPA called Neutron Dance.
This tropical-tasting tipple is the latest special-edition beer to emerge from the ambitious brewery which set up home in Dundee in 2016 and has firmly claimed its position as the city’s first active brewery for more than half a decade.
Neutron Dance offers the beer drinker a strong, hoppy aroma fused with flavours of citrus, peach and tropical fruitiness served up in a soft and hazy double imperial pale ale. Brewed using a generous amount of Australian Galaxy hops to rev up its fruity flavour, this beer is perfect for pairing with chicken wings and burgers ahead of the summer BBQ season, or with ginger cake for those with a sweet tooth.
Duncan Alexander, founder of 71 Brewing, said: “Our amazingly talented brewing team have knocked it out of the park again with this latest special-edition brew. Neutron Dance lives up to its name, tantalising your tastebuds and light on the palate. It’s one delicious DIPA.”
Neutron Dance is available to order online, direct from the Brewery Shop at The Ironworks on Bellfield Street in Dundee, or in good local independent beer retailers.
